Tools for project and programme teams. The project leader or a facilitator runs the session, the team joins on their own phone or laptop, and a second screen shows what is happening.

For team members

Join a session

Enter the session code you see on the screen, next to the QR code. You don’t need an account.

Help with joining
Where do I find the session code?
On the big screen, next to the QR code: six letters and numbers. Or ask the facilitator.
The QR code does not work
Open your phone’s camera and point it at the code, or type the session code here. If that does not work, check that your Wi-Fi or mobile data is on.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. You join in your browser, with your first name.

For project leaders and facilitators

Run a session

With a start code from Hart voor Projecten you open the tools that the code is valid for, such as Project Definition, Activity Plan, Programme Course and Project Scan.

Sessions are deleted within 24 hours of the start, with all ideas. Want to continue later? The facilitator can save progress on their own computer.
